The Control 67P/T is a high-performance, full-range, two-way pendant loudspeaker designed to deliver exceptional sound quality and consistent wide coverage in various open-ceiling environments. This speaker is ideal for applications such as retail spaces, restaurants, hotels, casinos, fitness centers, convention centers, exhibit spaces, conference rooms, atriums, museums, and transit centers where a pendant form factor is desired.

At the heart of the Control 67P/T is JBL’s innovative Radiation Boundary Integrator® (RBI) technology, which is adapted from the advanced VERTEC™ Series of line array loudspeakers. This technology features a large 280 mm (11 in) diameter waveguide combined with strategically placed low-frequency projection apertures. The result is a highly efficient and even distribution of sound across the listening area, ensuring all listeners experience consistent high-fidelity audio. The speaker’s wide 120° coverage pattern allows for fewer units to be used in a given space, effectively reducing the overall cost of the audio installation without compromising on performance.

The speaker includes two complete hanging cable systems: one for the main suspension and another for safety. These systems feature extra-long 4.5 m (15 ft) high-tensile galvanized steel wire ropes. Each cable comes with spring clips for secure attachment to the loudspeaker bracket and UL-listed cable fasteners that allow for infinitely adjustable suspension height. This setup ensures that the speaker can be easily and securely installed in a variety of settings.
