Unlike traditional straight form-factor column speakers that often suffer from narrow vertical beaming and off-coverage lobing, the CBT 1000 ensures smooth and even sound distribution.

A key feature of the CBT 1000 is its combination of Constant Beamwidth Technology with adjustable vertical coverage and a tapered horizontal waveguide. This design enhances the versatility of the speaker, allowing it to precisely target its sound coverage according to the specific geometry of the listening space. The speaker’s asymmetrical coverage settings deliver a denser sound with a tighter pattern from the upper half of the array, while the lower half provides a broader vertical pattern. This innovative approach results in more uniform front-to-back sound pressure levels, effectively balancing sound distribution in the room.
